Macfarlane Place is the first residential scheme completed in Phase 2 of the Television Centre regeneration in White City, West London.

Mitsui Fudosan UK. Working with Development Manager Stanhope PLC and forward funder Peabody, the two buildings completed in October 2024.

The project replaces the former BBC multi-storey car park on Wood Lane with 142 affordable homes across two red-brick buildings by Maccreanor Lavington.

The tenure mix—71 London Affordable Rent, 34 London Living Rent and 37 Shared Ownership units—sits above 860 sqm of flexible commercial space and new public realm that forms a welcoming gateway to the wider campus.
