Where innovation and creativity flourish

Gateway Central & West, W12

Gateway Central and Gateway West create the core of the White City Place Gateway development, on the original site of the stadium for the London Olympic games of 1908.

Gateway Central, the larger ten storey building, is home to L’Oreal’s London HQ. Standing at the southern edge of White City Place, Gateway Central is a landmark on arrival at the centre of the White CIty Innovation District.

The building provides 280,000sq ft with large floorplates and two major south facing terraces.

The area is rapidly becoming an innovation hub for London’s tech, life science and creative industries, anchored by Imperial College’s research campus immediately adjacent, and by the former BBC head quarters buildings to the north, previously retrofitted by Mitsui Fudosan as a complex of multi-tenanted workspaces occuped by media, biotech, and fashion companies.
